INFORMATION:
Created by Lydia Joblonski, the Grid Project was an informal group of artists that met at The Rondo. Each couple of weeks we would be assigned a mile-square grid of the Santa Barbara map and meet up to share the results of our visits to the area. Because of COVID and lack of transportation, I only took part in the first three. The accumulated finished project was presented at Elevate Gallery. For myself, these photographs were part of the series that led to Carter to the Bough.
